Our company uses hand molding with resin sand and medium-frequency induction furnace smelting production processes. We currently have three resin sand production workshops, primarily producing gray cast iron (HT200-350) and ductile iron (QT400-700). We can manufacture castings weighing from 50 to 5000 kg, with an annual designed capacity of 20,000 tons. We have a complete quality management system and advanced physical and chemical inspection equipment, as well as casting simulation software. We also have independent import and export rights. Our main products are resin sand cast iron parts for pumps and valves, gear reducers, compressors, construction machinery, rail transit, and more, with 80% of our products directly or indirectly exported to the US, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Spain, and other countries.

We have rich experience in second-level X-Ray defect detection for gray and ductile cast iron, and have passed TPG certification and China Classification Society certification.

We mainly produce high-end, high-quality resin sand castings such as gray iron (HT200-350), ductile iron (QT400-700), and alloy cast iron, with an annual output of 20,000 tons and individual castings weighing from 100 to 4000 kg. Our main products include machine tool castings, valve castings, large generator castings, gear reducer castings, water pump castings, heavy-duty automobile parts castings, construction machinery castings, wind power castings, and other general mechanical components castings. Among these, 80% of our products are sold directly or indirectly to the US, South Korea, Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, and other countries.

Our production process is advanced and our inspection equipment is well-equipped. We have established a molding sand laboratory, chemical analysis laboratory, and mechanical performance testing laboratory, equipped with spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, tensile testing machines, carbon-sulfur analyzers, carbon-silicon analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and other advanced physical and chemical testing equipment. We consider product quality the lifeblood of our enterprise and constantly improve it through various measures: by using electric furnace smelting to produce synthetic cast iron, capping and spheroidizing technology, cast iron thermal analysis, and spectroscopic analysis to ensure casting materials meet international standards and customer requirements; by employing pouring ceramic tube processes, insulated riser techniques, cast iron filtration, strictly controlling pouring temperature and time, and following rigorous molding processes and operating procedures to fully guarantee casting quality. In addition, we have introduced the industry-leading "HuaZhu CAE Casting Process Analysis System" to analyze and optimize casting processes, improve product quality, and shorten trial production cycles, earning high recognition from our customers.

We attach great importance to industry system construction and continuously strengthen our alignment with international standards. We have successively obtained ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification, ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality system certification for automotive gearbox castings, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. In 2011, we acquired import and export rights, laying a solid foundation for expanding internationally and actively participating in global competition.
